Chhole
Ingredients for Chhole
- Kabuli Channa (White Chickpeas) – 100 gms
- Oil – 3 tbsps
- Onions – 2
- Sona Dhania Powder – 1 tsp
- Sona Mirch Powder– 1 tsp
- Sona Chana Masala – 1 tbsp
- Tomato – 1
- Green Chillies – 3
- Ginger – ½ piece
- Salt to taste
- Sona Chatpata Chat Masala – ½ tsp
- Sona Kasoori Methi – ½ tsp
Method
Step 1
Soak Kabuli Channa (White Chickpeas) overnight.
Step 2
Cook and keep aside. Heat oil, fry chopped onions till golden brown.
Step 3
Add Sona Kasoori Methi and Sona Mirch Powder, Sona Chana masala and fry for 3 mins on a low flame.
Step 4
Mix in chopped tomato, slit green chillies and finely sliced ginger.
Step 5
Add boiled chhole, salt and cook for 5 mins.
Step 6
For added flavour, add Sona Chatpata Chat Masala and Sona Kasoori Methi
