What are the modes of payment for purchasing on Sona masale?We accept the following modes of payment:
- Debit/credit cards or net banking of all major banks
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- FreeCharge Balance
- Credit card EMI

What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Sona masale offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Not all deals/products have COD option. Please check the deal page before buying. Sona masale does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pincode to check the availability of COD option at your location.

Can I pay COD (Cash On Delivery) for every product I buy on Sona masale?For most of the products, COD is available. However, due to logistics concern, this option might not be available for few products.

Can I modify my delivery address?House no., building no, & street number can be modified. However, you cannot change delivery pin code. These changes are only possible before the order is dispatched from our side.

Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders.

Why does the dispatch time vary from seller to seller?Dispatch time varies depending upon the location of the vendor & serviceability of courier partner in that area. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days if it is fulfilled by SD. It can take more than 1 day for dispatch incase the order is fulfilled by vendor directly.

Why is the same item costing me more at a different pin code?Because of increase shipping cost. It is possible that the seller selling at a lower price does not service the other pin code and therefore the seller servicing the other pin code is selling at a higher price.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?Once an order is dispatched you will get an SMS/E-mail with the courier details.
Return & Refund

What is Sona masale 7-day Return Policy?Sona masale gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on Sona masale within 7 days of the receipt of the order. The 7-day Return Policy at Sona masale is a “No Question Asked Policy”. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:
- With the quality of the product
- With the fitting of the product
- Or if you receive a damaged product
All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Refund or Replacement will be initiated ONLY IF the original packaging, accessories, tags, etc. are present. Courier has the right to refuse pick up in absence of the above.

How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancel the order?You will receive a refund anytime between 7-15 days. It will be made in your FreeCharge Account as FreeCharge Balance which can be used for your future purchases on Sona masale.com. You can also choose to have the refund in the original mode of payment.

I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be credited either in the form of FreeCharge Balance or via NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we require:
- Bank name
- Account holder’s name
- Bank account number
- Branch address
- IFSC code
